Our new Bitbuzz iPhone app is now available. Registering in a Hotspot
If you haven't registered using our app, the first time you use a Bitbuzz hotspot you will need to register your iPhone using the following steps. From then on you will be automatically logged in any time you open Safari in a Bitbuzz Wi-Fi hotspot. To view all of our locations please click here.
Step By Step Guide
Step 1
Select 'Settings' on your iPhone homescreen. On the settings screen ensure 'Bitbuzz' is displaying beside 'Wi-Fi'. If Bitbuzz is not displayed, click on ‘Wi-Fi’ and proceed to step 1a.
Step 1a
Select Wi-Fi, and on the following screen slide the Wi-Fi slider to the on position and then select Bitbuzz from the network list. Once Bitbuzz has been selected, press the home button to return to the homescreen.
Step 2
To register for the service open the Safari browser on your iPhone and enter an address like www.o2.ie. The Bitbuzz registration page will appear, now select 'iPhone users' register button.
Step 3
Next, enter your mobile number and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. Select 'Register my device'. You will then see a confirmation page; you can now freely surf over the Bitbuzz Wi-Fi network.
