Site survey
Our engineers will carry our a detailed radio survey of your hotel to guarantee that all required areas will be covered. The survey also allows us to finalise pricing details.
Installation
Our engineers oversee all cabling work required; we supply, configure and manage all the Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches and other equipment required -- even the broadband. Once installation is complete a full coverage test is conducted to ensure you know exactly which areas are covered.
Staff training
After the service is live, staff training is provided to all customer-facing staff and point-of-sale and other marketing material is distributed.
