What we do for you

Once the Bitbuzz service goes live in your hotel, we keep working for you every month. Here's how:

Staff training

Once the service is live, we will arrange to train all relevant staff. This will enable them to provide basic information to guests who wish to avail of the service.

This is not only important for front-office staff; you sales staff also need to have enough information to make them confident in selling the service and your hotel to corporate and conferencing clients.

To ensure that staff are always up to date and new staff are brought up to speed we schedule regular "refresher" training sessions with you.

Technical support

Our engineers are available to help your staff or guests 7 days a week. We don't outsource our support or use foreign callcentres. Support is provided by Bitbuzz engineers who are involved with the installation and maintenance of our hotspots to ensure that they're familiar with the details of our locations.

24x7 monitoring

We constantly monitor each piece of equipment on our network to ensure your guests get the best possible service.

Point of sale

We supply you with a range of marketing collateral to make guests aware that your hotel has a Wi-Fi service. This includes in-room tent cards; signs for the common areas and information leaflets.

Promotion

As Ireland’s busiest Wi-Fi network, we’ll drive business to you. Your hotel will be listed on the Bitbuzz Hotspot Finder with your full address, logo and an interactive map. Our international partners including Vodafone, Telefonica, iPass and Boingo also list your location as being Wi-Fi enabled.

Every two months our Wi-Fi newsletter goes to over 100,000 business travellers in Ireland and abroad. As a location partner you can avail of the opportunity to promote your venue to our users.

Dedicated account manager

As a Bitbuzz location partner you will have a dedicated account manager assigned to you. He or she will be your primary point of contact and will be available to deal with any issues you may have; arrange training for your staff; and visit the hotel to meet with you on a regular basis.

Usage reports

Every 2 months your account manager will send you a detailed report showing the level of Wi-Fi usage in your hotel each month along with an analysis of your hotel's traffic patterns and suggestions on how to increase usage.

As Ireland's only dedicated Wi-Fi service provider, we'll make sure that your guests have a true 5* Wi-Fi experience -- leaving you to concentrate on other things!
